David’s talk will be focused on practical approaches to product development – where you can cut corners and where you cannot. David will be sharing based on personal practical experience and will give tips and advice on how to increase your chance of success.

David is the principal of Foodtech Applications Ltd. His experience is based on over 30 years of applying food technology and management skills across a broad cross-section of food industry companies.

Areas of expertise include mentoring and hands-on product and process development (also labelling and compliance) and enhancing food safety & quality through development of food safety plans and problem solving.
