This year we are very excited to announce Simon Gault as our keynote speaker. An entrepreneur, leading the way in his innovative range of sauces, stocks and spice rubs available in supermarkets, Simon is a pioneer for all things culinary.
He is a chef and restauranteur that has worked both in New Zealand and internationally, not to mention a food columnist in New Zealand Woman’s Weekly & Herald on Sunday and is the author of four bestselling cookbooks including Simon Gault Homemade and Modern Classics. He is well-known for his role in Television New Zealand’s Masterchef New Zealand over five seasons and starring in his hit television series Chef on a Mission. Simon was inducted into the New Zealand Restaurant Association Hall of Fame, named as the Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in the Services Category and most recently honoured with the 2015 AUT School of Hospitality and Tourism award for Outstanding Contribution to the Hospitality and Tourism Community.
